Robot Will Not Turn On
- Battery discharged: Place the robot on the charging base and make sure the charging contacts are aligned properly.
- Charging base has no power: Check the wall outlet, power adapter, base connection, and circuit breaker.
- Power switch off: Make sure the main power switch on the robot is in the ON position if your model includes one.
- Battery protection mode: Leave the robot on the powered charging base for several hours before trying to restart it.
- Contacts dirty: Clean the charging contacts on the robot and base with a dry cloth.
Robot Will Not Charge
- Charging contacts misaligned: Reposition the robot carefully on the charging base until the contacts connect securely.
- Charging base obstructed: Keep the base against a wall on level flooring and leave open space around it.
- Power cord loose: Check that the power adapter is firmly connected to the charging base and wall outlet.
- Contacts dirty: Wipe the robot and charging dock contacts using a clean, dry cloth.
- Battery fault: If charging does not resume after checking power and contacts, consult the model-specific manual for battery service information.
Robot Cannot Find the Charging Base
- Dock area blocked: Remove shoes, boxes, cables, furniture, and other obstructions around the charging base.
- Charging base moved: Keep the base in the same location, especially after the robot has created a map.
- Robot started too far away: Return the robot manually to the base, recharge it, and start a new cleaning cycle.
- Low battery during cleaning: Make sure the robot begins its cleaning cycle with sufficient battery charge.
- Sensor area dirty: Clean the front sensors, docking sensor area, and charging contacts with a soft dry cloth.
Robot Stops, Beeps, or Shows an Error
- Wheel blocked: Turn the robot over and remove hair, dust, thread, pet fur, or debris from the drive wheels.
- Side brush jammed: Remove the side brush and clean the brush mount and surrounding area.
- Main brush blocked: Remove the rolling brush and clear hair, fibers, and debris from the brush and end caps.
- Cliff sensor dirty: Wipe the underside cliff sensors with a clean dry cloth.
- Robot trapped: Clear cords, thresholds, thick rugs, furniture gaps, low obstacles, and narrow spaces that may trap the robot.
Brush Roll and Side Brush Problems
- Hair wrapped around roller: Remove the main brush roll and carefully cut away hair, string, thread, pet fur, and carpet fibers.
- End caps blocked: Remove the roller end caps and clean debris that may stop the brush from rotating.
- Side brush bent: Remove the side brush, clean it, and replace it if the bristles are damaged or permanently deformed.
- Brush roll installed incorrectly: Reinstall the brush roll and cover according to the model-specific instructions.
- Cleaning head blocked: Check the intake opening and brush chamber for compacted debris.
Weak Suction or Poor Cleaning Performance
- Dust bin full: Empty the dust bin after each cycle or whenever debris reaches the maximum fill line.
- Filter dirty: Tap loose dust from the filter or wash it only when allowed by the specific model manual.
- Air inlet blocked: Remove the dust bin and inspect the intake port, filter housing, and suction channel for debris.
- Brush roll clogged: Remove hair and fibers from the roller, end caps, and brush chamber.
- Cleaning mode too low: Select a stronger suction mode when cleaning carpet, pet hair, or high-traffic areas.
Self-Emptying Station Problems
- Station does not empty dust bin: Make sure the robot is fully seated on the station and the station is connected to power.
- Dust bag full: Replace the dust bag when it is full or when the station indicates reduced capacity.
- Weak emptying suction: Check the station inlet, evacuation port, dust bag compartment, and internal air channel for blockage.
- Dust escapes from station: Confirm that the dust bag is installed correctly and the compartment cover is fully closed.
- Robot bin blocked: Remove the robot dust bin and inspect the evacuation opening for packed debris.
Omni Station and Mop Problems
- No water dispensing: Fill the clean water tank correctly, reinstall it securely, and inspect the water outlet for blockage.
- Dirty water tank full: Empty the dirty water tank and clean the tank lid and filter area if applicable.
- Mop pads not rotating: Check that the mop pads are installed correctly and remove hair or debris from the rotating pad assembly.
- Floor streaks: Wash mop pads, use clean water, and avoid excessive cleaning solution.
- Water leak: Inspect tank caps, seals, connections, and seating positions. Do not overfill either water tank.
Navigation and Mapping Problems
- Robot moves randomly: Clean navigation sensors, remove reflective objects, and ensure adequate lighting where required.
- Map does not update: Keep doors open during mapping, avoid moving the charging base, and clean laser or camera navigation areas.
- Robot misses rooms: Remove obstacles, open doors fully, and check virtual boundaries or no-go zones in the app.
- Robot crosses restricted area: Review app settings, boundary setup, and saved map configuration.
- Robot repeatedly gets stuck: Block off troublesome furniture gaps, cables, thresholds, thick rugs, or low-clearance areas.
Wi-Fi and eufy Clean App Problems
- Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Confirm the router supports the required Wi-Fi band for your model and follow the app pairing instructions.
- Robot appears offline: Check router power, Wi-Fi coverage near the charging base, and whether the robot has sufficient battery charge.
- App cannot find robot: Restart the robot, make sure Bluetooth permissions are enabled if required, and repeat the pairing process.
- Cleaning schedule not working: Confirm the robot is charged, connected to Wi-Fi, and not paused by an error or update.
- Map unavailable in app: Make sure the robot has completed a successful mapping run and remains connected to the correct account and home network.
Noise, Odor and Maintenance Tips
- Loud operating noise: Check the main brush, side brush, wheels, dust bin, and intake path for hard objects or tangled hair.
- Grinding noise: Stop the robot and inspect the wheel modules, brush roller end caps, and rotating brush assembly for jammed debris.
- Musty odor: Empty the dust bin, clean or replace the filter as instructed, and dry mop parts completely before storage.
- Robot leaves debris behind: Clean the brush roller, side brushes, filter, dust bin, and intake pathway before running another cycle.
- Routine maintenance: Empty the dust bin, clean rollers, wipe sensors, clean charging contacts, inspect wheels, and wash removable mop pads regularly.
Safety note: Turn off the robot and remove it from the charging base before cleaning the brush roller, wheels, sensors, dust bin, water tank, or mop assembly. Do not use the robot to collect flammable liquids, hot ash, sharp objects, or hazardous materials.
